This is a 13-string koto. It's a good quality instrument with a flat soundboard, sudare carving, and almost no marks from the koto bridges. There are almost no marks from the koto bridges on the soundboard. There are no cracks or scratches on the back or underside of the soundboard. The main body of the koto is made of paulownia wood, which has aged nicely, producing a beautiful tone and resonance characteristic of a koto. Sound check completed. Koto bridges and either a cat-foot stand or a koto stand will be included. A tuner, convenient for tuning, will also be included.
