This is a rare (parallel) Monkey D. Luffy card from the One Piece Card Game's Royal Lineage set. After opening the pack, I immediately stored it in a humidity-controlled storage case. While I didn't notice any major scratches, it has been stored by a private individual, so I recommend it for play. Thank you.
