This is the Lycra Sacoche (or "Lysaco" for short) from CCP. Made with stretchy, 2-way material, it holds more than it looks, more than you'd imagine. It easily fits a wallet, smartphone, and a 500ml water bottle, and even a light nylon jacket on top of that. It's incredibly convenient for "bicycle touring," "quick shopping trips," or "as a second bag for travel," and more! There are various ways to carry it. You can wear it across your body or over your shoulder.
