I obtained this by purchasing it on a major flea market site. There are no wrinkles or stains on the ribbon. The charm is also new/unused with the film still attached. Although it was described as new/unused, the dedicated box has some crushed areas. This is a common occurrence with novelties, so I personally don't consider this to be a defect.
