This is a reel specifically for horse mackerel (aji). The spring activates when turning the handle even when the drag is locked. There is no rust. There are minor scratches. The paint on the corners of the handle plate is chipped. The gears are fine when turning the handle. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these issues or are looking for a perfect product. The box is damaged. The glue has deteriorated and is peeling. No price reduction is possible.
