☆ This is a "Masu-Ajiro Ami" style bamboo colander, made by carefully splitting fresh madake bamboo (from Fukuoka Prefecture) into strips, chamfering each one, and meticulously weaving them.
☆ The rim is wrapped and secured with 2mm wide Yamato Kagari.
☆ This is a high-quality, domestically-produced bamboo colander with excellent drainage and breathability. Bamboo colanders are ideal for cooking because they don't easily form a film of water, allowing for quick drainage, and they are also heat-resistant. Furthermore, they are made of natural materials, so they are safe to use.
☆ Usable in any season, its delicate weave is beautiful and can be displayed as storage (^^)
・Spring = Tempura of rapeseed flowers, etc.
・Summer = Zaru soba, zaru udon, pickled plums
・Autumn = Roasted sweet potatoes and dried vegetables
・Winter = Place a lot of vegetables for hot pot directly on the table
