I mainly used it for hot water and tea, but there are no tea stains or odors. *From a top-down view, there is a black spot-like stain on the inner bottom (photo 9). This is not a hole, but rather the silver paint on the outside of the tank has worn away (photo 10), allowing the black rubber of the bottom (photo 7) to be seen through. I believe this does not affect use. *The outer bottom also has some scratches (photo 11). There are no instructions or box. I will pack it with bubble wrap and ship it. This is a used item and has been stored at home, so I will sell it to someone who understands this.
