New and unused, but it wasn't in a bag when purchased, so I've kept it in a bag and stored it in a box at home. I don't see any noticeable stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this, as it has been stored by a private individual. Also, I purchased this from an official shop, so I don't think it's a fake. The tags are attached. Also, as this is a large item, I will compress it slightly for shipping.
