It looks like a Burberry storage case, but there's no indication of the manufacturer. It comes with 12 sheets of paper that can hold 4 CDs each, for a total capacity of 48 CDs. I purchased it as a used item, and as you can see in the photos, it's in pretty good condition overall. I will wrap it in cardboard and pack it for shipping.
