It has buckles, and it's a 2-way type that can be used as a handbag with the buckles fastened, or as a backpack with the buckles undone. It has a front pocket and pockets inside. It also comes with a pouch inside, which is removable and can be used on its own. As you can see in the second photo, there is a small stain on the left edge. I've only used it a few times since I bought it, so there are no other noticeable stains or scratches, and it's in good condition. Please note that I will pack it compactly when I send it.
