I confirmed that the power turns on, wires are exposed, and sparks are produced. The outer case has amateur paint and is peeling in places. I originally bought it used on Yahoo Auctions or something similar and used it a little, but it's quite difficult for a novice, including arc welding. I have no plans to use it, and it's old, so I'm selling it as junk.
