This is a new item, a gift. I believe it's a han-eri (collar), but I'm selling it because I don't know how to attach it. It looks light blue in the photos, but the actual color is a turquoise blue-green. It has glitter. I think it has the gorgeousness suitable for a coming-of-age ceremony kimono.
