This is a Hoya polarizing filter. I haven't used it in a while because I don't have a lens it fits. While there are no noticeable scratches or stains, the PL filter doesn't rotate smoothly, making it difficult to use. It doesn't have its original case, so I will ship it in a different case (Kenko).
