I purchased several of these for students and for practice. I'm offering the last spare (unopened, still wrapped). It's small and convenient to carry. After use, it's valveless, so you can rinse it with running water, shake off the water, and let it air dry, making maintenance easy. Why not start it as a hobby? The drawbacks are that it has 10 holes (usually 12 holes) and the low notes are weak due to its small size. The advantage is that it can play chromatic notes, so you don't need to buy different keys like a blues harp; you can play most songs with just one. Note that there's a knack to playing the low notes. It's not a defect, so please be aware of this.
