Price not negotiable. I bought this on a whim at Universal Studios Japan! I wore it for about half a day in the winter. I'm selling it to declutter. I've checked it, but there may be some overlooked minor stains. Please be aware of this beforehand. I plan to fold it up small and ship it in simple packaging.
