OTSUKA Otsuka Shoes Black Semi Brogue These are leather shoes from Otsuka Shoes, a brand known as a purveyor to the Imperial Household. I purchased them about 7 years ago and wore them only for the first year. I used a different insole, so there is some wear on the lining, but the insole itself is clean. They are a bit wide, probably equivalent to 2E.
