I found this at ZARA. It has a chest panel and adjustable shoulder straps. It flares out like an A-line dress and has three tiers. It looks like black lace, and I think it would be useful in the coming season, whether paired with a T-shirt or worn as a layering piece. I bought it for my daughter, but it didn't fit because she is a size L. It has never been worn.
