These are shorts from the outdoor brand mont-bell. They were used by my family last season. The waist is elastic and can be adjusted to some extent with a belt. My family used them in combination with a rash guard when playing in the river, etc. They are being sold because they no longer fit, but the condition isn't too bad, and since they are a product of a proper outdoor brand, I think they can still be used for a while.
