These are Arc'teryx pants. The fabric is very soft and has a lot of stretch, but the construction is solid. The silhouette is slightly airy, but the ankles are neatly tapered, a testament to Arc'teryx's excellent design. I loved them and bought them, trying them on briefly indoors. However, the length was a bit short for me, and after much deliberation, I've decided to sell them. Purchased last month at a store in Tokyo. Retail price: 34,100 yen. Thank you for your interest.
