Kishu-nuri jubako (lacquered food container). This item was stored at my parents' house and is presumed to have been a gift that was never used. It appears to have been received in the late Showa era, as indicated on the cardboard box. There are fingerprints from the photography session and some minor paint chipping, possibly from the beginning. Although it appears unused, it is an old item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition. As there are two lids, it can be used as two sets of two-tiered jubako.
