I believe I purchased this at Shimamura. It has a slightly glossy fabric and a grayish-blue color (please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the color, as it may differ from the actual color). It's velvet, but not very thick, so I think it's suitable for spring, autumn, and early winter. The waist is fully elastic. No lining, no pockets.
