A Delftware plate from the Royal Delft factory in the Netherlands. This is a tin-glazed earthenware characterized by cobalt blue decorations on a white base. The design is Fuyo-de Hanakarakusa (lotus and floral arabesque), influenced by Chinese porcelain and Imari ware. The code mark "C.H." indicating manufacture in 1963 is on the back.
