The black circled areas on the back are frayed. See image 2. The large black circled area has a hole only on the inside. It's not visible from the outside. See image 3. There's a small stain on the back of the head. See image 4. Other than that, it's just a bit fuzzy and otherwise clean, so it can still be used if repaired. If you don't mind, you can still use it as is.
