This is an expensive handrail installed using long-term care insurance. It was only used for one month after installation before the user was hospitalized, so it's practically unused. I think the condition is good, but since it was installed outdoors, please be aware that there may be some minor scratches. I will include the set screws and nuts, but the tapping screws are embedded in the installation location, so please prepare your own. For shipping purposes, this item is listed in two parts, A and B. This is part A, and part B is the upper, final support post (with a concrete base). Installation is possible without B, but depending on the installation location, additional parts may be required.
