These are Mikihouse spats. The fabric is sturdy. My daughter wears the red ones in a different color and likes them because they are comfortable. I have a lot of tights, and she'll probably outgrow them next year, so I'd like to sell these while she can still wear them. They are navy blue, so they will match any outfit.
