It's a muted color that's easy to match, and it's a lovely color★ The size is 12-18 months (86cm). I wore it when I was about 90cm. There are elastic adjustment buttons on the inside of the waist, so some adjustment is possible. I think it's in beautiful condition, but please understand that it is used and stored at home.
