There appears to be some bleeding from the dyeing process. Although there are no noticeable stains, I have rated the condition as "with scratches and stains" as this is based on my amateur assessment. There is almost no extra fabric for alterations, so the size cannot be changed. It's an old item, but it has been refurbished, so I think the condition is good.
