I purchased this at Isetan Shinjuku last year. I only used it about 2-3 times because my child didn't like wearing hats. This year, they've outgrown it, so I'm selling it! I'm also selling a Liberty blouse with the same pattern(^^) *I don't see any noticeable stains, but this is a personal inspection. Please check the photos and only purchase if you understand that this is a used item.
