It's also known as a flat bottom (or shaving) mug because of its perfectly flat bottom design. Compared to later D-handle mugs, it uses more milk glass, giving it a stable weight. This makes it incredibly comfortable to use. The color is "Jade," which is Fire King's signature color. This is recommended for those who prefer older antique Fire King items. By the way, flat bottoms were only made in Ivory and Jade in the early days. Flat bottoms were not made for Turquoise or White, which were made later. The condition has a shine on the surface, with almost no scratches or stains, making it a very good condition piece. The back of the mug is stamped "OVEN Fire-King GLASS."
