This is a pouch with a tissue case. There are stains and loose threads throughout. It shows signs of use. It's difficult to see in the first and second images, but there are light brown stains. There are other stains as well. There are black stains on the inside and outside. These are not limited to the areas shown in the pictures. I used to like using it, but I haven't used it recently and have been storing it at home. Please consider purchasing only if you understand the condition.
