A digital/analog combined device equipped with three antennas. The new Barryvox S features a wide receiving bandwidth, an effective search strip extending to 70 meters digitally, a large LCD screen, an easy-to-use interface, and intuitive operation. It is equipped with a processor that provides clear instructions, with a simple operating concept and speedy and accurate search performance. The Barryvox S is equipped with a Rescue SEND function to protect rescuers; in the event of a secondary avalanche, the device automatically switches to SEND to locate the position of the buried victim. The Barryvox S also features a Smart Search function to assist rescuers in their search efforts. Purchased in December 2022, it has hardly been used. It was only tested near my home and has never been taken to a backcountry site. The original box, accessories (manual, unsigned warranty card), etc., are all included.
