This is Panasonic's Cosmo Series Wide 21. The plates are square, which I think will give it a stylish look. Everything shown in the first photo is included, so please check before purchasing. This is for 13 switches in total. 1-gang switches: 8 locations 2-gang switches: 4 locations 3-gang switches: 1 location The nameplates can be purchased separately and replaced, such as on Amazon. I replaced these with the Advance Series immediately after moving into a new house, so they are almost free of scratches and dirt. However, since they were installed once, I didn't want to list them as "like new." While I've listed them as "no noticeable scratches," please be aware that they have been installed before. There are no visible scratches. Please understand this before purchasing.
