This is a long tulle skirt from AG by aquagirl. I bought it a few years ago at a vintage clothing store in Kichijoji, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I'm selling it. It has two layers of tulle for a moderate, fluffy look. I inspected it for sale, and there are probably not many frays in the tulle.
