This is a *hanten* (traditional Japanese jacket) from the Showa 30s, over 60 years ago. It is handmade from cotton without batting, suitable for spring and autumn. The fabric is tailored and has a thick, durable construction, so I believe it can still be used for a long time. There are small holes and some stains, but they are almost unnoticeable.
