I purchased and tried this on in the spring. I haven't worn it outside. I've been storing it hanging in my closet. The length is just above the knee on me, and I'm about 160cm tall. I thought it was a good length, not too short. The bust and waist are made of stretchy fabric, so I don't think there will be any issues. I'll answer any other questions you may have.
