There are quite a few scratches. I don't think it can be used as is; repair is essential. Regarding the lenses, I can't capture all the scratches, so please assume there are more than in the photos. I think you can imagine the condition just by looking at the overall state. I don't know how much can be fixed, but I think it can probably be repaired to the point where it can be used normally. I can't guarantee it, though... The repair costs will probably be outrageous. The part that goes over the ears is loose when opening and closing. It's not completely floppy. There are also scratches on the inside? The side that faces the face? They're not as bad as the outside, but there are light scratches in various places.
