These are authentic AirPods Max. I've been using them for a while, and I've cleaned the head portion once, but if you're concerned, I recommend using a cover. I don't feel any deterioration in sound quality at all. I think the noise cancellation and external sound intake are also excellent. However, I have lowered the price compared to others, considering the scratches and dirt. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The ear covers have been replaced with new ones because the original ones were dirty, but they show some signs of use. The product box is not included. A headphone cover will be included.
