This item is a junk product. It cannot be paired for some reason. I am not familiar with electronics, and I cannot use it, so I am putting it up for sale. The earbuds themselves each show 100% battery and sound can be heard. When the left earbud is tapped, the announcement for switching between noise canceling and ambient sound is played. No claims and no returns accepted.
