The seat has some slight indentations. I wiped it down with a microfiber cloth, but as it was cleaned by a non-professional, I haven't been able to remove all the water stains, soap scum, and discoloration on the back of the cover (see photos). Please be aware that this is a used item, and only purchase if you are not concerned about these imperfections. Instruction manual included. No original box.
