This is an armrest/cushion purchased from a Turkish shop in Japan! (It seems they import them from Turkey.) The pattern is simply lovely! It's called a cushion, but the core seems to be a plastic container-like material, making it quite sturdy (though the fabric and some cushioning material give it a soft surface feel). Therefore, it functions well as an armrest and can support weight without sinking. I was using it on a tatami mat, but the position didn't quite suit me.
