This item was given to me as a commemorative gift by the Kanju of Taisan-ji Temple when I was studying at the "Yasuragi Course" at Kiyomizu-dera Temple in 1996. It has a noble feel, with calligraphy in black ink on beige cotton fabric with horizontal lines, and a seal. Size (approximate): Length: 105 cm Width: 105 cm It's quite large. I think it can be displayed as a calligraphy tapestry, as a work of art, rather than as a furoshiki (wrapping cloth). It is in very good condition. It will be sent folded small in a box. Please note that there are many fold lines. There is a pencil note as shown in photo 8. Also, the Japanese paper wrapping it has a tear as shown in photo 9.
