Official merchandise purchased at the Tokyo Dome concert in 2023. Used about 3 times. There are no noticeable scratches on the penlight itself. There are fine scratches that are only visible when held up to the light (not visible in the photos). There are scratches on the strap attachment point, stains on the outer box, and tears in the instruction manual (see images 2, 3, and 4). Includes outer box and strap. Light tested and working.
