Used a few times, almost no scratches, working condition. Please check the photos for the condition. It has been used infrequently and I believe it is in beautiful condition, but I have listed it as "no noticeable scratches or dirt." It has not been used underwater. *The red light on the camera is on, but it is a sign that it is charging. It was working without any problems.
