This is a Yanagiba knife by Hiroaki Minamoto. The blade length is approximately 24cm. The steel type is unknown. The handle is made of black water buffalo horn. There were rust and scratch marks, but they have been corrected and polished to a mirror finish. Due to the mirror polishing, some minor rust marks remain. If you don't mind, I recommend it. The cutting edge, the flat surface, and the back of the blade are all nearly mirror-finished. It is generally in good condition, so I think it can be used for a long time. The size is easy to use for both professionals and general users. The knife has been finished with a Kitayama 8000 grit and a Shapton 12000 grit whetstone.
