It adheres strongly! The lighter-colored side is the adhesive side. Use a low to medium heat setting on your iron, and be sure to use a pressing cloth. Apply for about 10-20 seconds. The adhesive side is the gray circular part in the sixth photo. The adhesive strength varies greatly depending on how heat is applied.
