This is a grill for a JZX100 Mark II. The emblem has a crack, but it has been water-sanded, so there is not much roughness on the surface. Due to the age of the vehicle, there is some clouding on the chrome parts. The mounting bolts were originally one bolt and clips, but there is no looseness.
