Seiko Matsuda Dress This is the same dress that Seiko Matsuda wore on a TV program. I purchased this, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I'd like to sell it to someone who will. Apparently, there's a line-like mark near the hem, but it's not very noticeable.
