Brand new, unopened. This is a can badge of Manga Michio, the main character of "Manga Michi." Purchased at the Fujiko Fujio A Exhibition in 2022. There appears to be some kind of stain on his forehead. Since it's unopened, I assume it was there from the beginning, but please purchase only if you don't mind.
