I'm getting rid of this because it's been stored away in the storage room. It's a car roof-mounted bike carrier that requires you to remove the front wheel of the bicycle. It's designed for quick-release road bikes, but I'm also including a thru-axle adapter (for one bike) for mountain bikes. You'll need to attach feet and bars to a car that doesn't have a roof rack. The shorter bars are for securing the front feet only on a two-door car. I've owned several cars, so I have two different types of feet with different lengths.
