This is a discontinued product that automatically rotates using Plarail's motor, allowing trains to enter and exit. There are some spots where it's a little difficult to rotate, but it will move if you give it a little push by hand. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but some of the stickers on various parts have peeled off due to aging. Instruction manual included. The box is tattered, but it has instructions, so I will include it. This is a used item that a child has played with, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
